Terms Entered in Search Tools
When a visitor types a name, place, or other term into a search box, that query goes to the independent provider that powers the tool. Clay County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its receipt and use of the query.

An email or contact submission is retained as needed to read the request and send a response. We do not share the message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
